UK draft intimate image abuse detection rules to start parliamentary scrutiny

The amendments implement a set of measures Ofcom confirmed in mid-May, adding a new recommended Online Safety Act compliance requirement for higher-risk user-to-user and search services aimed at tackling intimate image abuse, including AI-generated content.
