In a statement on Wednesday, KPPU Chair M. Fanshurullah Asa said the proposal was presented during a legislative hearing on Tuesday. The regulator said competition concerns in e-commerce and digital platforms increasingly involve algorithms, artificial intelligence, self-preferencing, vertical integration and control of data.
