Tekion said that two months remained in fact discovery when CDK filed its motion, and CDK has not produced revenue data that bears directly on the issues it now raises, and it has at least tacitly discouraged third-party data management software providers from producing their revenue data in response to Tekion subpoenas.See attached file. ...
