Platforms are under growing pressure to do more to safeguard children in the UK, with a government consultation on additional online safety measures due to close next week. While TikTok and YouTube bore the brunt of criticism for their approach to children's safety in a high profile UK regulatory report this week, rivals like Meta Platform's Instagram and Facebook are also at risk of facing enforcement action if they don't strengthen their safeguards....
