Aldi suppliers' private messages core to Australian watchdog's cartel claim

The watchdog’s 206-page statement of claim details dozens of phone calls, text messages and WhatsApp messages between four suppliers that allegedly show cartel conduct as part of a case filed in the Federal Court of Australia last year.
