US states file amicus brief in NetChoice challenge of Colorado law

The states “have a strong interest in Colorado’s appeal seeking the reversal of the district court’s holding” and “have compelling interests in protecting children and youth from the harmful effects of excessive social media use—many of which are addictive by design,” the states said.See attached file....
