The parties disagree over how to measure subscriber numbers, which would guide judgment on the amount of money owed to Nokia for use of its patents.Warner Bros and Paramount have alleged that Nokia “massively inflate[d]” its proposal for an interim payment to be made by the streaming companies to Nokia, the SEP holder, in the course of litigation over a fair, reasonable and non-discriminatory, or FRAND, rate for video streaming patents....
