Samsung affiliates face Supreme Court fight in unfair-support case after KFTC appeal
By Jenny Lee ( May 19, 2026, 06:44 GMT | Insight) -- Samsung Electronics and four other Samsung affiliates are headed to South Korea’s Supreme Court after the country’s antitrust watchdog appealed a lower court ruling that overturned a record penalty tied to alleged unfair intra-group support for the conglomerate’s in-house catering business.
