Australian Clinical Labs faces class action after data-breach penalty

The pathology-services provider said in a statement that it would "vigorously" defend itself against the breaches alleged in the claim. William Roberts Lawyers filed the class action in the Supreme Court of Victoria on behalf of Michelle Raab-Ivanov and a class that could consist of roughly 223,000 people.Australian Clinical Labs, or ACL, a pathology-services provider, is facing a class action in the Supreme Court of Victoria over a 2022 data breach that saw more than 200,000 customers’ health records and credit card details posted on the dark web....
