The Korea Fair Trade Commission said Monday that Coupang Logistics Service, CJ Logistics, Lotte Global Logistics, Hanjin and Logen, which together hold more than 90 percent of the parcel-delivery market, shifted civil and criminal liability for safety and traffic accidents, cargo damage and loss and labor disputes onto subcontractors.
