Jury will face eight questions to reach verdict in Musk v OpenAI, Altman trial

( May 15, 2026, 15:02 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The jury in the trial between Elon Musk, and defendants OpenAI, Sam Altman, Greg Brockman and Microsoft will be faced with eight questions, the verdict form released by US District Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers says. The first questions, which could short-circuit the rest of the jury's work, will be whether Musk's claims are barred by the statute of limitations, which says he must have learned about the alleged breach after August 2021 for the claims against all defendant except Microsoft, and after November 2021 for Musk's claims against Microsoft.See attached documents....
