Japan's Eneos to acquire Chevron's Southeast Asian businesses for $2.2 billion

The acquisition includes Chevron’s fuels and lubricants marketing businesses in Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Australia, Vietnam and Indonesia. Eneos said the deal would strengthen its presence in Southeast Asia and Oceania through Chevron’s cost-competitive operations.
