Critics argued e-fuels should remain limited to specific sectors such as aviation and the military because of their high cost, low availability and lower efficiency compared with direct electrification.E-fuels need to be scaled up across a broader market to achieve wider adoption, Ralf Diemer, chief executive officer of the lobby group eFuel Alliance, said Tuesday, urging their use in passenger cars rather than only in niche sectors such as aviation or maritime transport....
