Suzano wins EU approval for Kimberly-Clark tissues deal

The European Commission said the deal raised no competition concerns despite Suzano being the leading global producer of bleached eucalyptus kraft pulp, the main component for tissues. Rival tissue makers would continue to have sufficient alternative suppliers of pulp to choose from if Suzano was to restrict supplies, and face no significant barriers to switching providers, the regulator said.Statement follows....
