Prosus sells 5% Delivery Hero stake to Aspex

Last August the European Commission cleared Prosus’s takeover of Just Eat Takeaway.com on condition that it significantly reduce its stake in Delivery Hero. Prosus agreed in April to sell a 4.5 percent stake in the company to Uber.Statement follows....
