The operators include Seoul Arts Center, Lotte Concert Hall, Gwangju Arts Center, Busan Cultural Center and Interpark. The Korea Fair Trade Commission said the terms included blanket refund bans after users received discounts or advance-booking benefits, excessive refund deductions, liability waivers where user and operator fault overlapped, deletion of user posts without prior notice or a chance to respond, vague grounds for refusing or restricting membership, burdensome cancellation methods, deemed consent to revised terms or inadequate notice of changes and unfair court-jurisdiction clauses.
