Decora, Bel-Pol fined in Poland for anticompetitive conduct in flooring market
( May 5, 2026, 10:37 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Flooring-panel maker Decora and its largest distributor Bel-Pol have been fined almost 34 million Zloty (more than $9.3 million) by the Polish antitrust enforcer for imposing retail prices and sharing the market with regard to flooring panels and related accessories for more than five years. Two managers, Tomasz Ginter and Marcin Nawrocki, have also received fines for their direct involvement in the illegal agreements.
