Chegg, Penske Media seek oral argument on Google's motions to dismiss US antitrust claims

Like Penske and Chegg, Helena World Chronicle alleged claims related to Google’s AI Overviews, the plaintiffs said in a motion arguing that their claims and briefing differ from Helena’s "in outcome-determinative ways."
