After recently reaching settlements heading off litigation by three other states, Roblox is trying to negotiate platform safety settlements with other state attorneys general, the company disclosed in the 10-Q filing. The "friction" Roblox is seeing in the slowdown in growth of people who access its gaming platform every day due to new "age check" restrictions will lead to a contraction of Daily Active User growth in the first and second quarters of 2026, Roblox said, leading the company to lower its revenue growth guidance for 2026.Roblox faces active litigation from seven US states, even after recently heading off lawsuits by three other states while it tries to negotiate platform-safety settlements with other state attorneys general, reflecting regulatory costs the gaming platform popular with children cannot yet estimate....
