Nexstar agrees to settlement with Ohio AG

The company agreed to keep editorial decisions at the station level and keep separate news teams at its stations in Ohio in exchange for Yost's office waiving any potential antitrust claims against the Nexstar-Tegna deal, the AG's office said in a release.Statement follows below.
