AutoScout24 gets interim order in Belgium to restore data portability

( April 30, 2026, 20:41 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The Belgian Competition Authority has ordered car marketplace AutoScout24 to restore the automated transfer of sellers’ car ad data to a competing platform, carselect.touring.be, following a complaint by TCS Mobility. In an interim injunction, the regulator found that AutoScout24 likely holds a dominant market position and may have abused its power by blocking data transfers, especially after TCS introduced a new pay-per-lead pricing model. AutoScout24 must resume data transfers or face daily fines, while the investigation on the full case continues. The full announcement is attached. ...
