BAE’s recent Launchpad initiative will serve as an example for the coming spin-outs.Seven months since Ploughshare, the defense IP commercialization body owned by the UK's Ministry of Defence, announced the Technology and Growth Alliance (see here), the group will soon see its first crop of new companies enter the market....
