Nine jurors selected to determine liability in US Musk, OpenAI trial

Three nurses, a part-time caretaker, a self-employed house painter, a recent retiree from the defense industry and an employee at Wells Fargo bank will now if decide if OpenAI is liable for abandoning its nonprofit mission and breaching its charitable trust to nonprofit donors, as Musk alleges.
