Corteva files reply supporting judgment against US FTC, states' antitrust claims

Corteva said plaintiffs fail to show that distributors choose to meet its loyalty thresholds — when they do — for reasons other than to obtain the rebates offered by the programs or that Corteva prices above its cost.
