( April 23, 2026, 16:12 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: A consortium including Free Press, Public Knowledge and the Broadband Communications Association of Pennsylvania filed a preliminary statement of issues with the US Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit in their appeal over the US Federal Communications Commission's decision to waive the national cap on the number of broadcast stations one company can own.
