The measures add 46 vessels, tighten gas and tanker restrictions, and introduce new export and import bans.  The EU’s 20th sanctions package against Russia was approved unanimously by member states on Thursday after Hungary lifted its veto, paving the way for new restrictions targeting the country's shipping, energy, financial, and industrial sectors in response to its invasion of Ukraine....
