Florida opposes judgment against state social media law

The AG filed an opposition, saying that the under a Supreme Court decision, mere “dissemination” is not expressive and “curation” is expressive only when it reflects expressive, content-based judgments made by humans, but social platforms use algorithmic and machine-learning systems for much of their curation and dissemination and have not established that activity is expressive.See attached file. ...
