Musk ordered by US judge to file pledge to not benefit from OpenAI disgorgement

US District Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers, noting that she has "has significant reservations" about Musk's pledge that he would not receive any personal benefit if OpenAI is found to breach its charitable trust in the conversion, ordered Musk to file with the court by Monday "a verified waiver stating that he will not seek an award to himself, xAI, or any fund that he controls as to all remaining causes of action."Order attached....
