Arla and DMK don't have long to file deal to EU regulator to meet timeline

Ahead of that, a lot depends on pre-notification talks that are exploring complicated issues such as the alternatives available to farmers to sell their milk or the powers they have in the cooperative.Milk cooperatives Arla and DMK must move fast if they are to meet the timeline for their intended tie-up, given the parties aim to have the large deal completed in two and half months....
