Trade associations tell US Supreme Court membership doesn't support antitrust claims

The associations filed a brief in support of Sanofi-Adventis, Eli Lilly, Novo Nordisk and AstraZeneca in an antitrust case brought against them, arguing that if the appeals court ruling against the companies is allowed to stand, it will significantly curtail organizations from participating in trade associations out of fear that they will be labeled as unlawful co-conspirators by association.See attached file. ...
