Workday seeks to dismiss expanded allegations of discrimination over AI software

Plaintiffs have added a new Asian American discrimination claim and expanded their disability claims beyond what the court permitted, according to Workday's latest motion to dismiss. "Although the Court granted Plaintiffs very limited leave to file a Third Amended Complaint directly addressing deficiencies in the Second Amended Complaint, Plaintiffs far exceed the scope of what this Court permitted," Workday said.See attached document....
