Anesthesia Associates has alleged a procompetitive rationale for the restraint, which is protecting its efforts to recruit and retain its CRNAs, US District Judge Marcia Crone said in an order in the Eastern District of Texas. "Having found that Plaintiffs cannot show a likelihood of success on the merits, irreparable injury, or that the balance of equities tips in their favor, the preliminary injunction factors weigh against granting the injunction," the order said.See attached file....
