Eagers Vic's bid for Zagame's Audi dealerships reviewed by Australian watchdog

In a statement issued on Wednesday, the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission said Eagers Vic is a subsidiary of Eagers Automotive, which represents around 50 automotive brands and sells new and used vehicles through its motor vehicle dealerships across Australia. Zagame operates motor vehicle dealerships and sells new and used sports, luxury and performance vehicles. The watchdog said Eagers plans to acquire the assets of Zagame’s Audi Centre Melbourne and Audi Richmond, both located in the state of Victoria.
