Cisco gets Summit 360’s US antitrust claims over networking equipment dismissed

( March 30, 2026, 22:31 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: A federal judge dismissed Summit 360’s US antitrust complaint against Cisco because it does not compete in the manufacture of switches, routers or other networking equipment. District Judge Patrick J. Schiltz also said Summit’s antitrust injuries fail because it only claims an “indirect,” “secondary” or “consequential” injury, the existence and extent of which depends entirely on the decisions of its customers.
