The lenders aim to form Chiba Financial Group in April next year, pending shareholder and regulatory approvals. The two banks plan to delist on March 30, 2027, with Chiba Financial Group expected to list on the Tokyo Stock Exchange on April 1, where it will serve as the parent company for both banks.
