Bahrain producer files case against US Commerce aluminum sheet order

( March 20, 2026, 16:06 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Bahrain's Gulf Aluminium Rolling Mill B.S.C. filed a lawsuit at the US Court of International Trade challenging the Commerce Department's February review of an antidumping order on common alloy aluminum sheet from Bahrain. The company alleged that Commerce erred when it selected the United Arab Emirates as a comparison market and should not have disregarded a transaction for a major input.
