Naval engineer asks US judge to grant leave to amend no-poach case

( March 13, 2026, 23:00 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: A Naval engineer has asked a Virginia federal court for leave to file an amended complaint alleging shipbuilders entered into illegal no-poach agreements that have depressed wages paid.
