Australian Venue Co. Holdings' acquisition of An Sibin Irish Pub gets regulatory clearance

Holdings, to acquire 100 percent of the business and assets of Ash Promotions, trading as An Sibin Irish Pub, under an asset sale agreement has been approved by Australia's competition watchdog. In a determination published on Tuesday, the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission said the aggregation in retail hospitality venues arising from the deal, including previous acquisitions within the same local area in the last three years, is not significant. Australian Venue operates licensed venues throughout Australia and New Zealand including pubs, bars, clubs and licensed restaurants. The regulator said An Sibin is a pub located in the state of Western Australia and has a traditional Irish pub offering.Determination is attached....
