EU technical support and funding accepted by Ukraine to repair Drujba pipeline

The pipeline was hit by Russian strikes on Jan. 27. Both EU leaders underline that Hungary has informed them it would block a crucial loan to Ukraine and the 20th sanctions package against Russia if the pipeline is not repaired.Full press release follows.
