US Commerce amends duty rates for Chinese tire exporters following CIT ruling

( March 16, 2026, 14:33 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The US Commerce Department has amended the dumping duty rate assigned to Chinese truck tire exporter Linglong, as well as the China-wide entity rate, to align with the Court of International Trade's decision sustaining Commerce's third remand results for the 2016-2017 administrative review of the duty order. The new dumping rate for Linglong is 41.36 percent, and the China-wide entity rate is 87.99 percent.See attached file....
