Illinois home buyer opposes real estate brokerages' bid to dismiss antitrust claims

They said that courts in the Northern District of Illinois and elsewhere have already allowed identical claims brought on behalf of homebuyers to proceed against some of the firms’ co-conspirators, and the existence of prior litigation brought by home sellers neither deprives Cwynar of standing nor moots his claims.See attached file. ...
