Philippine competition authority clears Avon International acquisition of Natura UK

UK Holdings following a Phase 1 review, finding no competition concerns. Avon International is a special purpose vehicle of investment fund Regent L.P., which owns global brands including La Senza and Bally. The PCC said the parties operate in different segments and have no horizontal or vertical overlap in the Philippines, where Natura UK runs Avon’s cosmetics and personal care manufacturing, wholesale and direct-selling operations.Statement follows....
