CARe's acquisition of MotorOne Autobody to be reviewed by Australian watchdog
( March 6, 2026, 08:05 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summay: CARe Autobody’s proposal to acquire 100 percent of the issued share capital in MotorOne Autobody will be reviewed by Australian antitrust regulator under the new merger regime. In a statement on Friday, the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission said both CARe and MotorOne Autobody supply motor vehicle collision repair services to insurers and directly to vehicle owners without insurance claims across several Australian states.
