US CIT sustains Commerce remand in Italian pasta case

The judge upheld Commerce's explanation of using subsidy programs in an adverse inference rate calculation. Italian producer Pastificio Gentile S.r.l. did not challenge Commerce's explanation that one tax program included in the total rate would not have changed the outcome.See attached file....
