Epic Games, Google propose revised modified injunction in US antitrust litigation

( March 4, 2026, 18:10 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Google and Epic Games filed a renewed joint motion to modify a court-ordered injunction issued in their US antitrust litigation. The parties wrote that following a January hearing, they returned to the negotiating table to fashion a new settlement that is responsive to US District Judge James Donato's concerns and those of his appointed independent expert, Nancy Rose. The revised proposed modified injunction, "for which the parties seek approval, hews much more closely to the Existing Injunction than did the parties’ previous proposal and is designed to address the concerns raised at the January 22, 2026 hearing," Epic and Google said.See renewed joint motion. ...
