Lawmakers and analysts say the ruling weakens the rationale underpinning Indonesia’s concessions, while the government maintains the deal remains legally intact but faces uncertainty over its implementation.The US Supreme Court’s decision invalidating emergency tariff powers has not formally nullified the Indonesia–US Agreement on Reciprocal Tariffs, or ART.
