Semrush announces expiry of US premerger waiting period for Adobe deal

( March 2, 2026, 22:19 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Marketing platform operator Semrush said in a press release that Adobe's $1.9 billion buyout of the company had received US antitrust clearance in January, and that the transaction had been approved by shareholders in February, allowing the deal to close in the "first half of 2026." According to the release, "Semrush will not hold an earnings call or provide guidance for the first quarter of 2026 or the full-year 2026 due to the anticipated closing of the Adobe transaction."See attached file....
