US judge releases full explanation of class certification order in e-cigarette antitrust case

Orrick released a public opinion granted class certification in an antitrust case against Juul Labs, Inc. and Altria Group. Direct purchasers of e-cigarettes were granted a class that includes anyone that purchased e-cigarette products directly from Juul or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates from October 2018 to the present.
