IOR Petroleum's acquisition of Delta fuel-distribution assets reviewed in Australia

( February 27, 2026, 04:03 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: IOR’s proposed acquisition of the diesel, AdBlue and renewable fuels distribution business assets of Delta Specialised Energy under a business sale agreement will be reviewed by the Australian competition regulator. In a statement on Friday, the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission said IOR, trading as IOR Petroleum, is an Australian-based supplier of fuel and integrated fuel solutions across Australia. It added that Delta Specialised Energy is an Australian-based distributor of diesel, AdBlue and renewable fuels. The regulator said both IOR and Delta supply diesel and AdBlue to industrial and commercial businesses in Australian state of New South Wales.
