That promises to help ensure some continuity, but some say McNulty's lack of UK legal experience could be a problem as the agency seeks to resolve technical problems with its prosecutions.The UK's white-collar crime agency can hope for a degree of short-term continuity despite its director's shock retirement last month, given that the temporary replacement is also a former police officer with a relatively similar background....
